We have some extensive work to do on the Calhoun property and it all had to start with a new roof.  Now that that is complete I have a contractor starting on a complete interior and exterior remodel.  One of the things the roof pictures didn't show was the carport.  Over the years the house had settled and caused the carport to slope toward the house.  As it rained, which it sometimes does in Florida, the water pooled in a valley on the house wall and eventually penetrated the interior walls of the kitchen and living room. Seth and Matt from Reliable Fixers worked with a welder to cut sections from carport posts and corrected the slope. Big job, again all completed the same day. These guys both work with AMVETS and are super to work with.
